Sustainability Report and Impact Report 2023 for EMEA now available

We have a responsibility to the environment and society: for us, sustainability is a principle that we put into practice. Thus, for the eighth year in a row, KRAIBURG TPE publishes its annual report on environmental protection, occupational safety and energy management for the EMEA region.

We have further developed the format of the report based on the external current and future requirements as we as the internal feedback of our stakeholders. It aims to align with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), which are based on the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).

This delegated act defines the content to be disclosed and sets new standards for mandatory reporting, including the principle of dual materiality. For the material topics analyzed, we link our objectives to their respective contribution to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

With the publication of our first Impact Report, we are taking an important step in our stakeholder engagement. Especially when dealing with complex issues such as sustainability, corporate communication must always be transparent and comprehensible for employees, suppliers and cooperation partners, customers, neighboring companies, NGOs, society, shareholders and legal authorities.
For this reason, we are introducing this new format to provide transparent information on KRAIBURG TPE's steps towards sustainability, not only as a principle that we live and do business by, but also as our sixth core competence. This includes how far we've come, but also where we are now.

KRAIBURG TPE's Impact Report aims to present the most important environmental, social and governance information topics for KRAIBURG TPE in EMEA for the reporting year 2023 and to answer the most frequently asked questions on these topics as well as on our ratings for CDP, Ecovadis and ISO.
