As soon as possible we are looking for an Executive Assistant, Marketing (Contract) in the field of MARKETING at our location in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Diploma/ Degree in Marketing or relevant discipline.
- Good work attitude, positive, responsible, able to meet deadlines and willingness
to learn. - Good knowledge and skills of MS Office, design software (Adobe, Canva and
etc.)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support event logistics for marketing campaigns.
- Handle the processing of all inquiries/leads obtained from marketing platforms with accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in preparing and organizing of promotional materials or events.
- Support basic graphic and video design.
- Any other duties/assignment as and when directed/ assigned by the superior as per business requirement from time to time.
